Cancellation and No Show Policy
Please allow at least 3 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Canceling or rescheduling after that timeframe will result in a cancellation fee equal to 50% of your scheduled appointment.
No call/no-shows are unacceptable and will be charged a no-show fee equal to 100% of your scheduled appointment.
Cancellation and no-show fees must be paid, and a credit card must be on file before another appointment is booked. If you have a valid card on file, that card will be charged for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees.
If you have a membership, membership points will be deducted. Member clean-ups will be valued at the non-member clean-up price.
We have multiple communication protocols in place to remind you of your appointment. Text message and email confirmations are sent at the time your appointment is booked. Text message and email reminders are sent the day before your appointment to remind you that your appointment is coming up. Finally, if you have not confirmed your appointment, we will call or text you to confirm.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcomed to call us at 224-633-2188 or text us at 224-571-9669 to double check any appointments if you are unsure.
Cancellation fees and no-show fees are non-negotiable and are at our discretion barring rare circumstances like hospitalizations and true emergencies. When you cancel with less notice it makes it harder for us to fill the time that was reserved for you.
